Hi! I’m Neville Stone and if you are here you may want to know a little about me.
Since I left home at the age of 15 to join the Navy, I have lived life. I successfully took up sales, and worked in a variety of senior positions and was a manager and owner of businesses. I worked in a Government career, and have also been involved in real estate investment, management and development, and I am also now a professional coach, mentor, and trainer.
Over the last 15 years of personal development, I have studied with and sought the best advice from the smartest people that I can find. I feel truly blessed to have gained experience and knowledge from those people, and I use those tools and knowledge to help people navigate through difficult times and to reinvent themselves.
I have helped businesses evolve, including start-ups to people needing to get to the next level but finding some block to the next phase.

In the world of redundancy and retrenchment, I found that that there is a gap between an employer reducing their staff and those people being able to move forward to the next stage of their life. As somebody who has “walked the walk”, I saw that there was no established pathway to navigating the emotional process. That is why I have written my best -selling book “Retrenchment- Opportunity From Upheaval – 50+ Ways to Cope with Retrenchment at 50+”.
I have also been privileged to co-author “Success Uncovered” with Dr John DiMartini, and my blog “Uplift” has also been picked up on Twitter.
